Communicating Results is a full-service marketing, public relations, and advertising firm that has been operating in the Upstate area for more than five years. We provide a complete range of services in the areas of public and media relations, presentations, business and marketing plans, direct mail advertising, newspaper inserts,media buying and special events.

The agency is a team of top-tier business and technical professionals. At our core is a group of four professionals each with more than 20 years experience in marketing, brand development, research and data analysis, graphic design, print production, broadcast, public relations and/or sales. We are passionate and service driven. In short, we listen and research before we act.

Communicating Results is dedicated to delivering results through integrated strategies and high-impact creative that increase the presence of your image in the marketplace and promotes a positive perception of your organization.

Additionally, our production capabilities are second to none and include partnerships in digital radio and television studios. This allows us access to non-linear editing along with expertise in computerized animation and interactive solutions. Clients also enjoy our dedication and commitement to personal service and real value for all of their communication needs.

Our clientele includes private businesses, non-profit organizations, government and charitable organizations. We can be called in to work on a specific project - an annual report, quarterly publication, special presentation - or we are available to handle all of a group's promotional and public relations needs.

President
Rob Young

Mr. Young is the founder and owner of Communicating Results Group. He believes in personal service and taking a back-to-basics, hands-on approach to fostering the agency-client partnership. His winning formula is to keep communication lines open, develop and stick to a well thought-out strategy, and execute flawlessly.

Starting and establishing successful businesses is Young’s passion. He was recruited to help launch two television stations and directed the branding, marketing and sales plans for those operations. From there he was hired as General Manager of a five-franchise car dealer. Later, Young formed an internet branding company focused on automotive and retail marketing. After Media General absorbed that company, Young joined a specialized automotive advertising agency and managed several multi-franchise car dealer accounts. When he noticed that clients were taking their business to the agency to capitalize on his personal expertise, Young decided to establish his own firm.

That firm is Creative Car Ads, a full-service agency located in Greenville, South Carolina that is a reflection of Mr. Young’s 25 year career as an advertising, media and automotive retail dealership marketing professional.

 

VP/Director of Operations
Lee Polowczuk

Mr. Polowczuk is a 25 year veteran in broadcast media and Emmy award-winning journalist. He has a broad range of management, branding, and marketing experience with a background in reporting and production in the television field.

Skilled in oral and written communications, he has the credentials and the capabilities to deal effectively with the media.

Following stints as a reporter, producer and assignment editor, Polowczuk joined a management team responsible for the start-up of a new television station affiliate. From there he was brought in by a station in another market to re-brand the affiliate under another network. Most recently, he was responsible for the start up and management of the news department at a Greenville, South Carolina television station affiliate.

From there, Mr. Polowczuk was recruited by Rob Young to join Creative Car Ads in the role of Director of Operations.

 

Account Planning
Katrina Rosa

Katrina joins the team at Communicating Results after ten years of focus in customer service management and business development. Her experience across several industries contributes to the diversity of accessible campaigns. From concept development and operations integration to public relations and long term initiatives she has covered all phases of a successful marketing campaign

Katrina will cultivate the relationships between the agency and their valued clients by ensuring the success of their campaigns using solid business principles. She is accountable to our clients for the planning, integration and launching of the campaign on time and within budget. She has created ground up campaigns, acted as liaison between operations and sales, implemented training programs and created long term profitable solutions to her past clients.

Katrina holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland in Marketing and an Associate from the College of Southern Maryland in Business Development.

 

Sr. VP/Creative Director
John Jennings

Mr. Jennings brings over 30 yrs. of experience to the table, and oversees the creative direction of all advertising for Communicating Results Group.

Jennings’ artistic talents emerged when he was two years old when his adoptive parents took him to a specialist to find out why he could write his name at such an early age. After testing, it was determined that he couldn’t write, but instead was “drawing” what he saw. At the age of ten he was united with his aunt, world-renowned artist Ina Mae Bergman, for formal training. After his family relocated from Oklahoma, Jennings resumed his studies at Masseur Museum of Fine Arts in Louisiana.

He began his professional career with Gannett News as an advertising layout artist, advancing to advertising art director and finally graphics editor and creative director during his nine year stay. His accolades at Gannett included over 50 Associated Press, Best of Gannett, and advertising’s Addy Awards.
An accomplished wildlife artist, Jennings work has been auctioned off at Ducks Unlimited Banquets and he recently served as the Ducks Unlimited South Carolina State Webmaster and Art Committee Chairman. He is also a member of the Native American Journalist Association.

John relocated to Greenville, South Carolina to join Gerber Childrenswear as senior designer and also taught advanced Photoshop and Freehand classes at the Southern Institute for Advanced Technologies.

He joined Rob Young for the 1999 launch of an internet branding company and remained with him for the launch of Communicating Results Group.

 

Charleston Office
Matt West

Matt manages the Charleston division of Creative Car Ads.

Matt has an extensive background in Advertising and Marketing. Matt has worked at Michelin on some of their successful automotive co-marketing programs and has consulted for numerous businesses in South Carolina who have wanted to increase their business.

He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia and an MBA from the USC Moore School of Business concentrating in International Business and Marketing.  Prior to completing his MBA, Matt’s career includes several years of consumer marketing work with the Florida Marlins Baseball Club. 

 

Division Manager
Ed Creighton

Previously employed at a large multi-point automotive franchise, Ed Creighton has recently joined the team at Creative Car Ads. Ed will foster the relationship between clients and agency. He’ll ensure the success of campaigns, plan and forecast advertisements, and will ascertain your greatest growth opportunities.

With over 10 years of automotive management, Ed is very familiar with and skilled in the day-to-day operations of an automotive dealership. Ed understands the challenges, external and otherwise, facing today’s automotive dealer. In this capacity Ed was the liaison between agency and dealership, working both ends, defining target audiences and tailoring campaigns to meet dealership needs and budget requirements. Ed also enjoyed a stay as a publisher of a newspaper automotive section gaining experience creating various echelons of institutional, image, informational and cooperative print promotions before uniting with the agency.

Ed holds degrees from the Community College of the Air Force and University of Maryland in Business Management.

 

Account Exec.
Lisa Anderson

Lisa joined Creative Car Ads after years in the newspaper industry as an automotive sales rep. From layout & design to placement and insertion, she has covered all aspects of the newspaper industry.

Lisa serves as a link between our clients and the agency. She has the overall responsibility for the launching of campaigns, the maintenance of scheduling, and deals with the day to day turn around of work ensuring it is produced on time and meets your budget.

She has hands on experience building brand identity, developing and implementing advertising and marketing plans, writing sales collateral, and knows the inner workings of the newspaper industry.
